For working audiobook narrators, growth rarely happens in isolation. Some of the most valuable breakthroughs come from stepping away from daily deadlines, connecting with colleagues, and creating space for deeper conversations about both the craft and business of narration.
That’s the idea behind the Palm Springs Narrator Retreat, returning this October at Casa Bella Tara in Palm Springs, California.

A Retreat Designed for Working Narrators

Hosted by Ron Butler and Andi Arndt, this intimate retreat is designed for audiobook narrators who are already underway in their careers and want dedicated time to focus on the performance and business challenges that come with the work. Over three days, you'll take part in workshops, coaching sessions, shared meals, and conversations with fellow professionals in a setting designed to encourage reflection, connection, and growth.

The Palm Springs Narrator Retreat is intentionally limited to just 12 participants, creating space for meaningful interaction, individualized attention, and lasting professional relationships. Beyond workshops and coaching sessions, you'll share meals, enjoy access to the pool and hot tub during designated free time, and connect with colleagues in a relaxed setting designed to encourage both reflection and renewal.
The weekend concludes with a wrap-up session focused on action planning and next steps, followed by brunch with a surprise guest.
